Irene has a career of over ten years in management and school management positions. She has spent a large part of her studies in the United States and is fluent in both Spanish and English.
She has a Master’s Degree in Educational Administration, a Master’s Degree in Music Therapy, an Extra-Linguistic Teaching, (Music Education major) and a Degree in Art History and Piano.

Luis has a career of more than 20 year as a Project Manager of Delloite, and Director of Planning and Management Control of the San Pablo CEU University Foundation. He is a founding partner of Balsarto Gestión, a consulting company specializing in education and high impact social projects.
Liz is a specialist in teaching and center management. Her vast experience allows her to integrate the best practices of the “American CORE Curriculum” and the International Baccalaureate.
She was the founder of a Montessori school in Michigan, Director President of the American Club of Madrid for 4 years and on the design team of the new library of the American School of Madrid.
Creativity and innovation expert
Pablo is a creativity and innovation consultant focused on projects with large Spanish and international companies. He is a specialist in Design Thinking and Agile methodologies and a frequent speaker at congresses and trainings on the topic of innovation.
He is the founder and director of Alternative Xperience, a creativity agency and Marketing BTL.
